Free shipping is limited to the continental United States only.
Thumbsky uses Print on Demand (POD) suppliers, each with their own fulfillment and shipping times. Once an order is placed there is a 24 window before being automatically sent to production. From there it is fulfilled based on print supplier. Most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days. You will receive status and tracking update emails along the way.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are sent to production. Any requests to change or cancel an order would need to happen before the 24 hour window closes and cannot be guaranteed. Refused orders will not be refunded.

Limited Return Policy
Returns are only accepted for manufacturer’s printing errors and material defects and within 3 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition, with tags still on, and in original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for any other reason, including sizing, change of mind, or fabric dissatisfaction. To that end, each piece of apparel is listed with measurements and fabric weight. Use this information to compare with what you have at home. You can also contact me with any questions. I want you to be happy with your purchase and lessen the carbon footprint and environmental impact returns cause.
If you have received an item that has a defect, please do request a return or exchange through the contact page. When due to a manufacturer's error, return shipping is free. Returns will be processed as quickly as possible.
